Anita L. Blanchard, Ph.D., is a Professor of Psychological and Organizational Science at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. Her research focuses on developing and testing theories of group dynamics that apply to both online and face-to-face groups and teams. Dr. Stephen J. Zaccaro is a professor of psychology at George Mason University and director of the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program. His primary research interests include leader individual differences and contexts, leadership development, team adaption and resilience, and multiteam systems. He has authored a book titled, The Nature of Executive Leadership: A Conceptual and Empirical Analysis of Success and has co-edited five other books on the topics of organizational leadership, leadership development, cybersecurity, multiteam systems, and occupational stress.
