Voices From The Field

The Journal of Professional Capital and Community (JPCC) is delighted to announce a new episode in it's Voices From The Field (VFTF) Podcast. The podcast seeks to provide a forum for dialogue between practitioners and scholars on research published in JPCC to expand and deepen our real world impact.

For the latest episode of VFTF, participants of the 2024 International Congress for School Effectiveness (ICSEI) annual conference were interviewed. Researchers, practitioners, and policymakers from all around the world gathered in Dublin, Ireland, to explore international perspectives on the role and impact of quality professional education in the context of school effectiveness and improvement.

This episode presents many voices from the conference, ranging from the co-chair of the local organizing committee, graduate student participants, researchers, and practitioners.
