We’re proud to announce that a paper published in Nanomaterials and Energy has won a prestigious award from the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). This article was chosen by the journal Editor in Chief as the best from the previous Volume.

Each year, outstanding research from across all ICE Publishing journals is recognised, with additional awards dedicated to specific subject areas within each journal.

The ICE Awards Ceremony will take place at ICE’s headquarters at One Great George Street, London, UK on Thursday 3 July 2025. ICE President Professor Jim Hall will present awards to the top papers published by a selection of ICE Publishing journals last year.  All winning papers will be free to read for a whole year — so you can dive into the best of the best!
