Emerald Publishing and The CASE Journal are pleased to announce the winners of the 2021 TCJ Compact Case Competition.
Unlike traditional 8 - 10 page case study narratives, compact cases are designed to be read in 15 minutes; allowing an immediate classroom discussion around a single theme. Short cases include carefully selected data, background information, and exhibits, and are more focused on analysis in the classroom.
1st place - Haus One Brothel: Ethical Decision Making in a Foreign Culture - Russell P Lemler, Lissa V Young, Everett SP Spain.
2nd place - When Foreign Direct investment is Threatened: Rio Tinto and Richards Bay Minerals - Amy Fisher Moore, Marianne Matthee.
3rd place - Hoarding COVID-19 Essential Products during the Pandemic - Abderrahman Hassi, Giovanna Storti
Congratulations to all the authors of these cases!
*Please note that publication is not guaranteed for any submission to this competition, even those recognised as winners*
