Reference Services Review (RSR) seeks library and information science professionals to add to our pool of peer reviewers. We are looking for professionals with a range of experience and expertise beyond traditional “reference,” particularly seeking reviewers in all aspects of user and public services, including (but not limited to) teaching and learning, information and related literacies (multimedia, digital, etc.), accessibility and inclusion, engagement, and digital scholarship.
RSR publishes manuscripts from a range of library perspectives. We especially seek reviewers who work in public, school, and community college libraries to help us diversify our reviewer pool. We also encourage applications from reviewers who identify as from traditionally marginalized groups who wish to add their voice to the scholarly conversation through reviewer service. Reviewers with experience and expertise in social science research and evaluation methodology are strongly encouraged to apply.
Reviewers must commit to performing at least two reviews per year for a renewable term of two academic years. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
