Innovative and Interactive Communications at IJPDLM
Following up a distinct communication and social media strategy, IJPDLM has launched a new LinkedIn account in order to reach its specific community of logistics researchers, including readers, authors, reviewers and further partners of the journal like for example logistics managers. We kindly invite all researchers, practitioners and interested persons to follow this new account, which will be conceptualized and implemented by the new social media manager of IJPDLM, Dr. Matthias Klumpp (LINK). According to Dr. Klumpp, the new IJPDLM communications strategy including social media channels such as LinkedIn is directed at involving more members of the community into an active discourse based on the high-quality research and publications by IJPDLM. „We will foster new research ideas and the exchange between academic research and business practice towards the highly relevant questions of logistics and supply chain management in this way“ says Dr. Klumpp, who is doing research and teaching in this field at the Politecnico di Milano School of Management, Italy, as well as the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany.
