Emerald Publishing and Central and East European Management Development Association (CEEMAN) are pleased to announce the winners of 2022 Emerald/CEEMAN Case Writing Competition.
The aim of this annual competition is to develop case material relevant to dynamic and emerging economies, and to nurture case-writing capabilities in those countries. We received a total of 26 submissions from 9 countries including Egypt, Ukraine and United Arab Emirates. The judging panel consisted of Shalini Rahul Tiwari (IMT Ghaziabad, India), Al Rosenbloom (Dominican University, USA), and Leif Sjoblom (IMD, Switzerland).
The winning cases are:
1st Place - Schaduf: Adding a Splash of Greenery to Grim Cities

2nd Place - PetroSahand International Group: Investigating the Reasons for Strategy Implementation Failure - Focusing on Organization Capitals such as Alignment, Leadership, and Organizational Culture
