Working in partnership with the El-Khazindar Business and Case Center (KCC) at the American University Cairo (AUC) School of Business, this competition aims to nurture case-writing capabilities in the Middle East and North Africa region, Pakistan and Turkey, by developing high quality teaching case material focusing on business and management issues in dynamic and emerging economies.
Following the conclusion of our judging process, we are now pleased to announce the winning cases are:
- 1st Place - Fntique: Connecting Local Furniture from Egypt to the Global Markets - Seham Ghalwash (The American University in Cairo, Egypt), Ayman Ismail (The American University in Cairo, Egypt) and Noha El Sebaie (The American University in Cairo, Egypt)
- 2nd Place - How the Little Tough Man Ruled the Giants in the Turkish Basketball League - Efe Unsal (Boğaziçi University, Turkey)

We are also very pleased to highlight one case that our judging panel felt deserved an Honourable Mention:
