Aims and Scope
Diversity in Higher Education addresses topics regarding diversity or the lack thereof in a wide range of higher education settings. Current volumes have dealt with topics of mentoring with a focus on advancing diversity and examining the effects of mentoring, Latinos in higher education, Black American chemist PhDs and their professional experiences, advancing diversity related to underrepresented minorities within academic administration, and most recently two volumes on issues related to black American males in higher education.
