Simon Cox, Chief Operating Officer at Emerald, said: “At Emerald we’re committed to continuous improvement and recognise the role of innovation in improving customer experience. Amy's leadership will be vital as we execute our plan for growth and further innovation.

Speaking of her new appointment, Amy Jones said: “I’m very excited to be stepping into this new role and honoured to be entrusted to lead Emerald’s transformation journey. My vision is to evolve Emerald's metabolic rate, allowing us to initiate strategic change much earlier in our planning cycles and accelerate towards our growth goals.
