We are delighted to announce that the Journal of Economic Development (JED) has been recorded an Impact Factor of 4.3 in Web of Science and a CiteScore of 8.5 in Scopus, according to the latest release.
These achievements set a new milestone in JED’s journey to scholarly excellence, reflecting the journal’s growing influence in the global academic community. They also reflect the ever-increasing recognition of JED in the field of economics and development and signify the published works’ relevance and academic rigor.
With this recognition, JED remains committed to promoting original and novel academic research worldwide. The recently published Issue 2 of Volume 27 clearly shows the focus on institutional factors at both the firm and national levels and how they influence firms and economies. The journal continues to welcome submissions that address these pressing issues, particularly in the context of developing countries.
