Dr. Sanjay Misra is a Senior Scientist at the Institute for Energy Technology, Halden, Norway, specialising in Applied Informatics, Digital Sovereignty, Sustainability, and Software Engineering. Ranked in the top 0.2% of scientists globally (since 2019 by Stanford) and 6th in Norway across all disciplines (2024), he is a former ACM Distinguished Lecturer (2021–2024) and IEEE Senior Member. He has chaired several major conferences (Springer, IEEE, Elsevier), including founding General Chair of the first Digital Sovereignty Conference (ICDS 2024, Oslo; proceedings by Elsevier). A globally recognised author and keynote speaker, he also serves as editor-in-chief and associate editor with leading publishers like Nature, Elsevier, Springer, and IGI.

Paul M. Di Gangi, Ph.D. is a Professor of Information Systems and steward for the Dora & Sanjay Singh Endowed Fund for Information Systems Research in the Management, Information Systems, and Quantitative Methods department of the Collat School of Business at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is currently the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Intellectual Capital, a Senior Editor of MIS Quarterly Executive, and an Associate Editor of the European Journal of Information Systems. He has previously been an Associate Editor at Information & Management, the Journal of Intellectual Capital, and the Journal of Organizational & End User Computing. Paul’s research interests include behavioral information security, the role of online communities in business, and user-driven innovation. His work has been published in such journals as the Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, Information & Organization, the International Journal of Information Management, and MIS Quarterly Executive, among others. He is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), based on his work in security policy and compliance.

Dr Sabarathinam Chockalingam

Dr. Sabarathinam Chockalingam is a Senior Researcher at the Institute for Energy Technology (IFE), Norway. Saba has a PhD within Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security from the Delft University of Technology and Master of Science in Cyber Security and Management from the University of Warwick. He has managed and worked in national and international research projects related to Cyber Security like CPSEC, RECYCIN, SecuRoPS, and ERA 4.0. Currently, he is leading the activity on “Distinguishing Attacks and Faults to Support Effective Response” in the international OECD Halden Human Technology Organisation (HTO) project. Finally, he also served as an Organization and Program Committee member in various international conferences and workshops in addition to being a reviewer and (guest) editor for high-quality journals in the field of his expertise like the International Journal of Information Security, and Computer Standards & Interfaces.
