Global Smart Food Systems (GSFS) is a cutting edge, inter-/trans- disciplinary gold open access journal that delves into the intricate web of food systems worldwide. GSFS focuses on innovations and technological advancements in food production, distribution, manufacturing, nutrition, marketing, and sustainability and their impact on local and global economies and related policies.
