Chinese Finance Annual Meeting (CFAM) has grown to be one of the highest-level academic conferences rooted in China and facing the world since its foundation in 2003. It provides an open platform for finance scholars to communicate the latest research outputs, advancements in application, and policy making and implementation related aspects, and promotes the development of China-related finance theory, research and education.
The 19th Chinese Finance Annual Meeting (CFAM) will be held at Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University on October 29th-30th, 2022. This CFAM will be a hybrid one with both on-site and online sessions if COVID policy allows. We welcome you to join us on our beautiful campus in Xujiahui, the center of Shanghai.

TOPICS & PROCEDURES
CFAM calls for papers from all areas in finance. Submissions should be “unpublished manuscripts". Both Chinese and English manuscripts are welcome.
Primary topics include, but are not limited to: corporate finance and governance, ESG, fintech and cryptos, financial innovation, financial intermediation, corporate sustainability and social responsibilities, digital economy and finance, international finance, green and sustainable finance, derivatives, macro finance, climate risk and finance, financial econometrics, household finance and financial planning, behavioral finance, risk management and insurance, asset pricing, fixed income securities, hedge fund and quantitative investment, financial market micro-structure, monetary theory and policy.

Both Chinese and English manuscripts are accepted. Submissions should be in PDF format. Please divide the paper into 2 PDF files: 1) “Author information page”, 2) “Anonymous manuscript excluding author information” (file name: “author name + paper title”). The deadline of submission is August 5th, 2022. The Annual Meeting Committee will arrange the review of all manuscripts. Email notification is expected to be sent to the submitting author by September 10th, 2022.
DUAL SUBMISSION OPTION
CFAM is supported by China Finance Review International (CFRI). All manuscripts accepted by the 19th CFAM can be considered by CFRI for publication. When submitting the manuscript, the author can choose whether or not to submit to CFRI simultaneously. Submission to CFAM and CFRI are independent. CFRI is established by Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. It publishes cutting-edge research in the economic and finance field, and is indexed in over 20 databases and journal lists such as Scopus, Web of Science, ABS, ABDC and FMS Journal Rating.
