Dr Nicola Sharp-Jeffs OBE
Author of Understanding and Responding to Economic Abuse, Dr. Nicola Sharp-Jeffs OBE is an expert in economic abuse as it occurs within the context of coercive control. Nicola set-up the charity Surviving Economic Abuse (SEA) in 2017 and is its CEO. In 2018, Nicola was also appointed an Emeritus Fellow of the Child and Woman Abuse Studies Unit (CWASU), London Metropolitan University, UK.
Rebecca J Morris
Author of The Ultimate Guide to Compact Cases, Rebecca J. Morris, PhD is Past-President and Fellow of The CASE Association and the North American Case Research Association (NACRA). Her cases have been published in leading case journals including the Case Research Journal, The CASE Journal, and the Business Case Journal. Rebecca’s cases on Nike, GlaxoSmithKline, Abbott Labs, and Kodak have appeared in major strategic management textbooks.
Jens P. Flanding & Genevieve M. Grabman
Transatlantic author team Flanding and Grabman have authored two titles with Emerald including Purpose-Driven Innovation in 2022 and 2018’s award-winning The Technology Takers. Flanding is an advisor on strategic initiatives and innovation, and a member of the United Nations Change Management Peer Network of the UN Laboratory for Organizational Change and Knowledge. Grabman is an attorney and expert on strategic planning, governance, and risk management.
Eugene Beresin
Co-author of Music in our Arts for Health series, Eugene Beresin is Executive Director of The Clay Center for Young Healthy Minds at The Massachusetts General Hospital, a Full Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, U.S.A, and Senior Educator in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at The Massachusetts General Hospital.
Naomi Birdthistle & Rob Hales
Naomi Birdthistle and Rob Hales are editors of our Family Businesses on a Mission series, new for 2022, which examines how the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) can be applied in family businesses around the world. Both at Griffith University, Australia, Naomi Birdthistle is Associate Professor while Rob Hales is the director of the Griffith Centre for Sustainable Enterprise.
Ọláyínká Àkànle
Editor of Youth Exclusion and Empowerment in the Contemporary Global Order, Ọláyínká Àkànle (PhD) is a Lecturer in the Department of Sociology, Faculty of The Social Sciences, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is also a Senior Research Associate in the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Humanities, University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the South African Research Chair Initiative (SARChI) in Social Policy, College of Graduate Studies, University of South Africa (UNISA), South Africa.
