Introduction

The International Conference ISPGAYA25 brought together scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to explore contemporary challenges and emerging trends in innovation, sustainability, and organizational transformation. Hosted by ISPGAYA, the conference fostered interdisciplinary dialogue, highlighting the critical role of innovation science in addressing complex societal and economic issues.

This Special Issue of the International Journal of Innovation Science welcomes submissions resulting both from invitations and an open call under the topics of ISPGAYA25, reflecting both theoretical advancements and practical applications across diverse fields. The contributions emphasize innovation as a multidimensional process, encompassing technological development, educational transformation, sustainable practices, and strategic management.

By integrating perspectives from different disciplines and geographic contexts, this issue aims to advance current debates and stimulate future research agendas.

We believe this Special Issue offers valuable insights into how innovation can drive resilience, competitiveness, and sustainable development in an increasingly complex global environment.
