The issue of Focused theme: Innovative designs for future education
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we are living and working. With this change, the educational fields, all institutions and organizations, as well as companies must find new settings to maintain an effective teaching and learning environment. All researchers and educators must rethink the new meaning of innovation in education, such as standards, curriculum, teaching, learning, and assessment. This includes equity, and its extended meaning of culture response, and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion). To continue its research impact and meet the challenge, we are pleased to announce that the Journal of Research in Innovative Teaching & Learning’s (JRIT&L) March 2023 themed issue will be, “Innovative designs for future education.” We welcome you to submit your work for publication. Suggested topics include educational innovation in policy, curriculum, teaching, learning, assessment, technology, equity, especially in DEI, community-based education, and culture responsive teaching.
Manuscripts should be single-spaced and 5,000-6,000 words in length using Microsoft Word with set of 12-point Times New Roman format.
All manuscripts are subject to double blind peer review process. Manuscripts should not have been previously published nor be under consideration for publication in any other journal.
The deadline for submission is January 1, 2023. Interested contributors are invited to submit full papers to the JRIT&L system at https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/jrit to “The theme: Innovative designs for future education.” Editorial decisions will be made by February 28, 2023.
