Managerial Finance is pleased to announce that it has dedicated a Special Issue of the Journal to the topic of Blockchain applications in Finance and solicits high-quality papers for the special issue focusing on topics related to Blockchain. We are particularly interested in studies on Blockchain and the impact on financial markets, banking, investments, financial policy and other innovative applications in the area of Finance. Possible topics include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Blockchain applications in cyber security
• Blockchain applications in payment systems
• Blockchain applications in financial trading
• Blockchain applications in settlement systems
