‘Sustainability, Entrepreneurial Marketing and Marketing Practice in SMEs’
Contemporary marketplaces have radically changed, creating paradigm shifts in research which closely engage with entrepreneurship, innovation and marketing as forceful drivers of change. The guest editors of this special issue are announcing a call for papers to enhance our understanding of entrepreneurial marketing and are specifically interested in empirical and theoretical contributions which advance knowledge and understanding of how organisations (public, private or not-for-profit) evolve, develop and grow and how they manage to secure a sustainable future.
The guest editors welcome submissions offering new insights into Entrepreneurial Marketing or research at the interface of Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Potential contributions may include, but should not limited to, theoretical and empirical papers that consider the following:
Suggested topics (but not an exhaustive list) for abstracts include:
Entrepreneurial Marketing strategy, sustainability and growth
Entrepreneurship and marketing in minority enterprises
Innovative marketing and marketing of creative ideas and innovations
Internationalisation and entrepreneurial marketing
The role of the entrepreneur and the customer
Gender and entrepreneurial marketing
Social media and the entrepreneur
Relationships, networks and small firms
Finance, risk, business constraints and Entrepreneurial Marketing
Entrepreneurial Marketing in small firms and new ventures in different contexts and sectors
Empirical papers adopting qualitative, quantitative or mixed methods are welcome.
All papers will be double blind peer reviewed.
Deadline for submission of full papers is 31st July 2015. (i.e. after AM2015 Conference)
Papers selected for publication are expected to be published in 2016.
