Publication in JIDOB

Journal of Intellectual Disabilities and Offending Behaviour (JIDOB) invites the submission of papers for peer review.

Current topics include (but are not limited to):
  • women with intellectual disabilities in the criminal justice system
  • children/young people with intellectual disabilities and offending
  • treatment interventions
  • sex offending
  • the prevention and management of violence and aggression
  • service user involvement initiatives
  • alternatives to custody.

Journal audience:
Articles are invited from anyone involved in intellectual disabilities and offending behaviour. JIDOB is a valuable source of information for practitioners, managers, policy-makers, academics, social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, nurses, students, carers and people who use services, as well as NHS and primary care trusts, universities and colleges, local authorities, probation services, intellectual and developmental disability services, prisons, the police and the voluntary sector.
