The Journal of International Trade Law and Policy (JITLP) is a peer reviewed interdisciplinary journal which seeks articles from any jurisdiction on the broad theme of international trade.
Entering its 12th year of publication, the aim of the journal is to provide a forum for current issues in all aspects of international trade, including legal, economic, management and policy issues. Articles should reflect the international focus of the journal but this does not preclude articles from a single jurisdiction which are of international interest.
