Open Call for Papers
Aims and Scope:
Vilakshan – XIMB Journal of Management (XJM) publishes scholarly empirical and theoretical research papers, perspectives, case studies, book reviews that can have potential impact on the field of management and business studies. The journal is published bi-annually and occasionally special issues on contemporary themes. The journal encourages new ideas that can contradict or improve existing management theories.
Topics of Interest:
Potential areas of coverage of journal are all functional areas of management, including areas like:
- Strategic Management
- Research Methods
- Organization Theory
- Entrepreneurship
- Innovation and Creativity
- Sustainability
- Rural Management
- Information Technology
The list above is not exhaustive. Potential authors may send communication to the Editor for any specific areas of interest, not covered above. For special issues, the journal will post the call for papers in web-site at least six months before. For regular issues call for papers are always open.

Submissions are made using ScholarOne Manuscripts. Registration and access are available by clicking the button below.
Author guidelines must be strictly followed.
Submitted articles must not have been previously published, nor should they be under consideration for publication anywhere else, while under review for this journal.
