Special Issue: The COVID-19 Pandemic and Its Impact
The COVID-19 pandemic is unprecedented, and it has changed the way we are living and working. In the educational field, the pandemic has disrupted the regular order of educational settings, and educational organizations must find new settings in order to maintain an effective teaching and learning environment. Although we all face significant uncertainties due to the pandemic, it provides opportunities for educational professionals and institutions to find ways to meet the challenge and to improve educational quality. With this in mind, we are pleased to announce that the Journal of Research in Innovative Teaching & Learning (JRIT&L) will publish a special issue, “The COVID-19 Pandemic and Its Impact,” in March 2021. We welcome you to submit your work for publication in this special issue. Suggested topics include educational innovation in policy, curriculum, teaching, learning, assessment, technology, and equality in the current and post-pandemic eras.

Review Procedures All manuscripts are subject to a double-blind peer review process. Manuscripts should not have been previously published nor be under consideration for publication in any other journal.
Timeline The deadline for submission is December 1, 2020. Interested contributors are invited to submit full papers to the JRIT&L system at https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/jrit under “Special Issue: The COVID-19 Pandemic and Its Impact.” Editorial decisions will be made by December 30, 2020.
