International Journal of Prisoner Health
The International Journal of Prisoner Health (IJPH) has a unique interdisciplinary focus on the health of prisoners, facilitating international research and discussion on experiences from a range of expert authors.
IJPH provides a peer-reviewed platform for researchers, prison health experts, public policy makers and practitioners to share and learn from research and best practice.
The journal encompasses all stages of the criminal justice system to include police detention, migration detention centres, remand and sentenced prisons and initiatives that divert prisoners from custody.
IJPH stimulates wider research by providing an outlet for publication for those who have an interest in health in prisons and other criminal justice settings.
