Introduction
Since urban challenges are location-specific, there is adequate motivation to understand such problems from relevant spatial scales, such as regions, zones, neighbourhoods, or specific sites. This focus allows such urban challenges to be fully investigated, interpreted, and possible answers offered to solve them in terms of what is where, and why – and so what questions. The editors encourage submission of theoretical and empirical contributions related to the different spatial aspects of housing markets.

- Exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA) and housing markets
