Special issue Call for Papers from the Journal of Enterprising Communities: People and Places in the Global Economy

The Journal of Enterprising Communities: People and Places in the Global Economy invites submissions of quality manuscripts for its Special Issue on 'Global, Local and Glocal - Theory and Practice in Internationalization trends in Entrepreneurship Education.'

Special Issue Scope:

The aim of the Special Issue is to explore the current state and the future of the Entrepreneurship Education in light of the changing globalizing society. The next generation of Entrepreneurship Education might possess different and diverse themes, objectives and learning communities. JEC will consider evolving managerial, academic and pedagogical approaches and raise the profile of research in Entrepreneurship Education across the education system, and facilitate collaboration between practitioners, researchers, and policy makers.

To ensure that the JEC has the most comprehensive, current and relevant coverage of all topics related to Globalization, Entrepreneurship and Education, we are inviting researchers and leading experts in their particular areas of research to contribute manuscripts that offer an in-depth discussion of the key issues, concepts and trends related to this special issue topic. All manuscripts should be formatted according to the JEC author guidelines (http://www.emeraldinsight.com/products/journals/author_guidelines.htm?id=jec).

Manuscripts for the Special Issue will include, but are not limited to:
• Theoretical and Practical contributions on global perspective in Entrepreneurship Education.
• Comparative studies on Entrepreneurship Education at secondary and tertiary level.
• Studies on the top down governmental and regional policies to promote Entrepreneurship Education.
• Contributions on the purposes and meanings of Entrepreneurship Education in the 21st century.
• The future of the Entrepreneurship Education

Important Dates:

Manuscripts must be submitted via the ScholarOne Manuscripts online submission system at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/jec no later than July 1st, 2013. Authors must indicate that the paper is being submitted for the 'Global, Local and Glocal' Special Issue in the submission process.
