#pride2019

Banner: #pride2019

For research to have real impact, it must be inclusive – shaped by diverse voices at every stage. We are committed to supporting diversity in the work we publish, in our workforce and in wider society.

To mark Pride month 2019, we've gathered together research from across our books, cases and journals, and made it free for you to read. Below, you’ll also find Pride perspectives from editors and authors, and hear how our staff are getting ready for our first ever Emerald Pride Week!

Pride in our communities and our staff

Image: hands pointing up in the airShout twice as loud, twice as often - show them you’re not going away

Tracey Loughran reflects on #metoo and what it tells us about the importance of LGBTQ+ scholars, and others who do not fit the standard academic mould, making sure their voices are heard.

When everyone is included, we create Real Impact

We caught up with staff from across our business to find out why inclusion is important, how we can be a more inclusive workplace and talk about preparations for our first ever Emerald Pride Week!
