Emerald highlights impact of Education research titles at key US Education conference

The AERA Annual Meeting is the largest gathering of scholars in the field of education research. This year’s meeting, marking the professional community’s 100th anniversary, will illuminate and enhance the role of education researchers as public scholars who contribute to public understanding, political debate and professional practice in increasingly diverse democracies in the US and around the globe.
Emerald’s activities at the conference include:
• Sponsorship of the Educational Change SIG Business Meeting on April 9. The Educational Change SIG adopts an interdisciplinary and international approach to understanding many aspects of educational change
• Emerald’s newest Education title Journal of Professional Capital and Community and The Lynch School, Boston College, and are hosting an evening reception on April 9 for conference attendees and Boston College alumni and faculty at the Newseum
• Award ceremony for Journal of Education Administration
• Journal talks for Journal of Education Administration and International Journal for Researcher Development.
